Seward Volunteer Fire Department Willys

The Willy Jeep was aquired originally as a pumper by the Seward Volunteer Fire Department as was used at many fire scenes. The Jeep had a pump in the back of it, and towed a water tank. The Willy was used in current times for Mountain Rescues, and in the winter it helped plow snow. The ladder platform on top, was converted to hold an Akhio for mountain rescues. The Willys Jeep was sold at surplus sale in 2006.
